Email-change errors are due to customer issues. When changing an email, the shop only supports it but it is not the shop’s responsibility, so do not rush the change. The shop has the right not to change it if the old email is still part of the family with the Ultra package. After invitation, the bot will report done. If after 24 hours the customer still hasn't clicked join or provided any feedback, the error is considered to be on the customer's side. This case is treated the same as an email-change case mentioned above.
