- "Not available in your country" — codes are region-locked. Set the account's country (Settings → Account) to the one on the product page, then retry.
- "You already have a subscription" — the account is not Free. Cancel the plan or trial, or use another account.
- Nothing changed — restart the app or clear the browser cache; still Free after 10 minutes? Open a ticket from the order with a screenshot and your account's country.
- Individual code only — it does not create or join Family/Duo. Warranty covers a code that fails on our side, not an account that already had a plan.
