How to use your ChatGPT access
What you're buying ChatGPT Plus or Business access for the period in the title. Invite products add your own email to a Business workspace; Shared account products deliver an email + password.
How it works
- Invite: open the link with the email you gave us, accept, then always log in at chatgpt.com with that email. All Business features, no admin access.
- Shared account: log in with the delivered details. Never change the password, recovery email or 2FA — it locks everyone out and voids the warranty.
⚠️ Known problems
- "Too many active logins" / random logout — someone else on the shared account is active. Wait 15–20 minutes and log in again.
- Wrong password / deactivated — shared seats are short-lived; the warranty is the 1, 3 or 7 days printed on the product. Inside it: 📦 My Orders → the order → ♻️ Warranty.
- Invite expired or already used — send a screenshot right away; an unused link is reissued.
