Canva Pro — invite and account products
What you're buying Canva Pro (or an education/team seat) for the period in the title. "Invite" products add your own Canva email to a team; "Account" products deliver an email + password.
How it works
- Invite: after ordering, send your Canva email when the bot asks, then accept the invitation email from Canva and switch to that team (top-left team picker).
- Account: sign in with the delivered details; do not change the recovery email.
⚠️ Known problems
- "No subscription active" — you are on your personal team; switch to the invited team in the team picker.
- Brand kit / fonts locked — that is a team-owner setting on invite seats; the design tools themselves are Pro.
- Removed from the team before the period ended — inside the warranty period: 📦 My Orders → the order → ♻️ Warranty.
